Our Head Coach and founder, Alex, gets it. As a parent of two little ones, he’s had to figure out how to keep his fitness on point while prioritising what matters most—his family.
With over 16 years of experience in coaching and competing at the elite level in functional fitness, Alex isn’t just talking the talk—he’s walked the walk (and burpee’d the burpees). He’s mastered the art of staying on track, even when life decides to test your limits.
"When my son Aidan came along four years ago, followed by my daughter Billie earlier this year, it was time to rethink everything. I realised that staying fit didn’t have to mean sacrificing family time, sleep or my sanity. By working smarter and being strategic, I’ve learned how to chase my goals without losing sight of what’s most important. Now, I want to help other parents and busy professionals do the same—proving that you can stay fit and healthy without compromising the other important parts of your life."
