Let’s be real—finding the time and energy to get after your fitness goals when you’re juggling work, family, and life can feel a bit like running a marathon on a treadmill that randomly starts moving sideways. 

 

Our Head Coach and founder, Alex, gets it. As a parent of two little ones, he’s had to figure out how to keep his fitness on point while prioritising what matters most—his family.

 

With over 16 years of experience in coaching and competing at the elite level in functional fitness, Alex isn’t just talking the talk—he’s walked the walk (and burpee’d the burpees). He’s mastered the art of staying on track, even when life decides to test your limits.

"When my son Aidan came along four years ago, followed by my daughter Billie earlier this year, it was time to rethink everything. I realised that staying fit didn’t have to mean sacrificing family time, sleep or my sanity. By working smarter and being strategic, I’ve learned how to chase my goals without losing sight of what’s most important. Now, I want to help other parents and busy professionals do the same—proving that you can stay fit and healthy without compromising the other important parts of your life."

Questions? We've got answers.

  • Do I need access to a gym to do the workouts?
    Nope, no gym required! When you fill out the enquiry form, we’ll ask where you want to train and what equipment you’ve got on hand. Your coach will then build a program that fits your setup, whether that’s a fully loaded gym or just a pair of dumbbells in your living room. Whatever works for you, we’ll make it happen!
  • What style of training do you program?
    Our training style is all about your goals. Want to pack on muscle? We’ll focus on strength. Need extra work on your Olympic lifts? We’ve got you. Whether you’re chasing endurance, building skills, or just looking for a mix of everything, your program will be 100% tailored to what you want. No cookie-cutter plans—just exactly what you need to hit your goals!
  • What if my schedule changes—can I adjust my program?
    Absolutely! We get that life can be unpredictable. Each week, you’ll complete a quick check-in form to let your coach know what’s coming up. If your schedule shifts, your coach can adjust your program to match. Plus, you can easily move your workouts around in the app’s calendar to fit your week. Flexibility is key—we’ll make sure your training stays on track, no matter what!
  • What level of support will I get from my coach?
    Your coach will have your back every step of the way! Expect personalized feedback, program tweaks as needed, and weekly check-ins to keep you on track. You can upload videos of your movements to the app for detailed movement coaching and form corrections. Hit us up anytime with questions or for extra support, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Whether you need a boost, some advice, or just accountability, we’ve got you covered!
  • What if I need to pause or cancel my coaching plan?
    We get it—life’s unpredictable! All coaching plans have a 4-week minimum commitment. After that, you can hit pause for up to 4 weeks if you need a break—just give us a shout, and we’ll tweak your program. If you decide to cancel after the initial 4 weeks, just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid extra charges. We’re all about making sure your fitness fits seamlessly into your life!
  • I usually train with my friend, can I share my program with them?
    Of course, your friend can join in on your workouts! Just keep in mind that your program is tailored specifically to your needs, so they won’t have access to the same coaching or adjustments. If your friend is interested in starting their own tailored program, we can work with you to adjust your sessions so you can both train together and each receive individual coaching feedback and progressions. That way, you both get the best of both worlds!
